What will be in my box?
Each quarter we choose a different theme and coordinating products that go along to give you an experience right to your doorstep. All boxes will include an outfit that transitions from your home to outside to ensure you have comfortable functional pieces.
When will I get my box?
When you order you the inaugural box we will bill you and ship your box right away - you don’t have to wait long to get inspired!
Starting January 2024 you will be billed on the 15th and your box will ship between the 18th and 22nd of the last month of the quarter.
What if I want a previous quarter's box?
Once the previous month’s boxes have shipped to current subscribers, they will become available for individual sale (if we don’t sell out!). That will happen after the 25th of each month.
How often/when will I be billed?
Upon sign-up, you will be charged based on the subscription plan of your choosing plus applicable taxes. Your plan will automatically renew on the 15th of the beginning of each quarter.
Quarterly plan subscribers will be billed for each subsequent box on or around the dates listed below. Please note that dates are subject to change and will be updated quarterly as needed.
• Spring (March) Collection: automatically billed on Jan 15th
• Summer (June) Collection: automatically billed on April 15th
• Fall (September) Collection: automatically billed on July 15th
• Winter (December) Collection: automatically billed October 15th
Do I get a refund if I cancel my annual subscription?
Your annual plan can be canceled at any time. Prorated partial refunds may be provided depending on the time of cancellation and the number of boxes shipped. Any refunds for annual plan subscriptions will be adjusted to cancel out plan savings/discounts.

How much Is shipping?
Free Ground Shipping is included with our quarterly and annual plan. There is a $9.95 shipping charge for a single box order.
My Jada Danyell Box arrived damaged, incomplete or it didn’t arrive at all, what do I do?
We’re so sorry to see you go! Contact us by email at hello@jadadanyell.com prior to your billing date and we can cancel your subscription.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Absolutely! When you check out, you will fill out your billing information, then at the bottom of that section, simply choose “Ship to a different address” and you can enter your gift recipient’s address.
What happens if I cancel my subscription after I’ve been billed for my next box?
Your plan can be canceled at any time. To prevent being billed for the next season’s box, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date. Billing dates can be found here in the FAQs.
For example, if you subscribed to the quarterly plan, and the first box you received was the Spring Box, you would need to cancel your subscription before the Summer Box billing date to prevent being charged for the Summer Box.
Please note that inactivating your plan does not cancel any open orders. If your plan is inactivated after your plan was renewed, your cancellation will take effect for the following quarter’s box and you will still receive the box that you were charged for.
